Payment is required at the time of booking the service.
Reservations
You will receive your itinerary within 24 hours of requesting the service.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation(s), you may either contact us and we will assist you, or you may reach out to the establishment directly, whichever you prefer. Please note that refunds are not issued for cancellations or missed reservations. Our service includes curating location options and booking reservations on your behalf. Once those services have been completed, the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the booked reservation.
Itinerary
Guests may have the itinerary re-done 1 time at no cost to them.
Liability
Sans Sousi provides itinerary planning and reservation booking services. We carefully curate recommendations based on the information provided by you and make every effort to select trusted establishments that align with your requested occasion, preferences, and budget. However, Sans Sousi does not own, operate, manage, or control the restaurants, bars, or other establishments included in your itinerary. The quality of service, food, drinks, wait times, payment, cancellations, and overall guest experience are the responsibility of the establishment. Any issues, disputes, charges, injuries, losses, damages, or unsatisfactory experiences that occur at or with an establishment are outside of Sans Sousi’s control. While we are happy to assist where possible, Sans Sousi is not liable for the actions, omissions, policies, or performance of any third-party business included in your reservation or itinerary. By using our service, you acknowledge that Sans Sousi’s role is limited to curating options and booking reservations on your behalf.
